FaithLife Financial is governed by a Board of Directors who oversee all matters involving the organization. They do this with a view on serving the interests of our members, now and into the future. As we elect a new Board Director, the Board encourages all adult Full Members to VOTE. We want to hear from you!
It’s time to elect a new Board Director
2018 Director Election voting is open until November 2, 2018
As a FaithLife Financial adult (age 16 or over) Full Member, you are entitled to vote in the confirmation election of the nominated candidate for the Board of Directors – an important member benefit that allows your voice to be heard.
The singular candidate on the slate has gone through a rigorous selection process to ensure that they meet the needs of the Board. Annually, the Board of Directors assesses the skills and experience of the Board. It then endeavors to obtain the skills, expertise and leadership required to ensure that the Board is well versed in financial services and risk management – and is committed to FaithLife Financial’s mission, vision and values.
The slate includes one candidate. This is not a selection election where the number of candidates presented exceeds the number of positions available, rather it is a confirmation election.
Using the online or mail in ballots, you are asked to indicate your support by voting either “yes” or “no” for the candidate. The candidate who receives a majority of “yes” over “no” votes will be elected for the terms as described in the candidate profile.
- Please carefully review the information about each candidate detailed below before voting online.
- Gather your personal information including your POLICY NUMBER (located on your FaithLife Financial Policy/Statement) before beginning the voting process. If you are unable to locate your policy number please contact Member Services at 1-800-563-6237.
