When a member employs the services of a legal professional to draft or update a personal will or power of attorney, they can apply for reimbursement of up to $150 (available once every five years).

Is this benefit available to me?
This benefit* is available to FaithLife Financial members** who meet the following criteria:
- are 18 years of age or older
- apply once every five years
- have hired a legal professional to write or update their will or power of attorney (Note that will kits do not qualify for this benefit.)
- can submit required proof of payment (details below)
How do I apply?
We’ve made it easy by offering two ways to submit your application. Apply online, or print, complete, and mail the printable form to FaithLife Financial.
NOTE: For proof of payment, applicants must enclose a copy of the paid invoice with a zero (0) balance. If it shows a balance owing, please submit the paid receipt with your invoice.
