Members in non-Chapter churches
FaithLife Financial wants to celebrate with you by providing you with a cross, if your church does not have a FaithLife Financial Chapter. Send us your completed Application for Faith Affirmation Recognition - Member to receive your cross.
Chapter churches
Chapters can order crosses for each Affirmant to mark their special day. Please contact your FaithLife Financial representative and he will present the crosses in your church. Complete the Application for Faith Affirmation Recognition - Chapter to receive a cross for each affirmant.
Churches without a FaithLife Financial Chapter can order crosses for $10.00 each. Please click here to place an order.
